(Sanborn)  Elizabeth “Betty” Bobzien age 87, passed away July 11, 2022 at Elderwood of Wheatfield surrounded by her loving family.  She was born June 23, 1935 in Niagara Falls, a daughter of the late George and Marion (Recor) Hoffman.
Betty loved to sew and was a member of the sit, sip and sew at the Pendleton United Methodist Church.  In her younger years, she was a member of the Shawnee Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.  Betty’s biggest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband L. Herbert; infant son Herbert; granddaughter Yvonne Conert; sisters Irma Hall, Renee Weatherall; brother Michael Hoffman.
She is survived by her children Myron (Linda) Bobzien, Robert Bobzien, Debra (Chris) King, Darlene (Thomas) Kiley; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; brother George (Marge) Hoffman; sister Sharon Podgers as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main St., Gasport, Friday July 15th 11:00am-1:00pm where her Funeral Service will follow at 1:00pm.  Burial will be in Orangeport Union Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Mount View Assisted Living Facility, Resident Council Fund, 5465 Upper Mountain Rd., Lockport NY 14094.  Her family would like to thank the staff of Mount View and Elderwood Wheatfield Memory Unit for the wonderful care given to Betty.

Obituary of Yvonne S. Conert

(Albion)  Yvonne S. Conert age 47 died April 11, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born July 23, 1973 in Newfane and had lived in this area most of her life. 
Yvonne enjoyed reading, watching scary movies and helping others; but most importantly, she loved being a grandma.
She is survived by her significant other, Jim Bartosik; her daughter Samantha (Dallas) Dunn; her son Joseph Schafer; granddaughter Alexis and another grandchild on the way; her mother Jeanne (John Justice) Bobzien; father Robert Bobzien; brothers Chris and Pat Bobzien as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and a niece.  Yvonne was predeceased by her best friend Cindy D’Amico.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 21 W. Ave. Albion on Friday April 16th 1-3 & 5-7 only.  Memorials may be made to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, Attn: Financial Operations, 733 Third Ave., Ste. 510, New York, NY 10017 or the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E.
