Of North Tonawanda, NY, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, NY.  She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on June 27, 1933, a daughter of the late Raymond and Frances [Mante] Licht.
Mrs. Mowrey graduated from North Tonawanda High School in 1951.
She was a stay at home mom, and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Mrs. Mowrey crocheted lap robes for Niagara Hospice for many years.
She was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Mowrey is survived by her husband of 69 years, James E. Mowrey, her daughter Debbie [ Michael ] Hechler, two grandchildren Christopher and Anna (Clayton) Hess, three great grandchildren Savannah, Avery and Clayton, Jr., a sister Olive Pike, also many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Patrick D. and James W. Mowrey, sister of the late Floyd, Edward Licht and Myrtle Tracy.
Her family will be present  on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at THE RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY,  where funeral  services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM , with the Rev. Meghan James officiating.
Memorials may be made in her name  to St. Martin's Lutheran Church.
Interment at White Chapel Amherst, NY.

Patrick Dale Mowrey, age 38, of North Tonawanda, NY went home to be with the Lord on Friday June 8th, 2007 at home surrounded by his loving mother and father, while under care of Niagara Hospice. Patrick was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on June 18, 1968, the son of James E. and Delores J. [ Licht ] Mowrey. He had attended Niagara Cerebral Palsy, the Catalician Center, Buffalo, NY, and later People Inc. for several years. He was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church, North Tonawanda, NY. Surviving in addition to his parents is a sister, Debbie [ Michael ] Hechler of Tonawanda, NY, a nephew Christopher Gauda, a niece Anna Hechler, a great niece, Savannah Gauda, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was the brother of the late James W. Mowrey, who died November 25, 1980.

(November 25, 1980). Mr. Mowery was a graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School in 1974 and had been employed at I.T.T. Aimco, Amherst He was a member of the Adams Volunteer Fire Co. J He is survived by his parents, James and Dee (nee Licht) Mowery of North Tonawanda; one sister , Mrs. John ( Debbie) Gauda Niagara Falls ; one brother, Patrick Mowery of North Tonawanda; his Maternal grandmother, Mrs. Annie Mowery of Reynoldsville, Pa., also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Inc., 5893 Hoover Rd., Sanborn; Saturday at 10 a.m., with the Rev. David Kaplan officiating. Interment in White Chapel Memorial Park. The family will present from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday and Friday. If preferred memorials may be made to the Niagara Lutheran High School, North Tonawanda or the United Cerebral Palsy School, Niagara Falls.

Born in Port Allegany, PA, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Myrtle (Licht) Tracy; beloved sister of Raymond (Kathleen) Tracy, Gordon (late Rachel) Tracy, Richard (Donna) Tracy, Ronald (Sandy) Aderman, the late Donna (late Earl) Thyret and the late James Tracy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Private services with interment in Acacia Park Cemetery, North Tonawanda, NY, will be held for her family. Memorial offerings may be made to Buffalo Hospice & Palliative Care, 225 Como Park Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14227. Arrangements by M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel.

James E. Tracy, 63, of Lewiston, passed away May 10, 2016, in Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence, Lewiston, NY. He was born in Warren, PA, on May 5, 1953, son of the late Gordon D. and Myrtle [Licht] Tracy.

Mr. Tracy graduated from Lewiston Porter High School in 1971.

He is survived by his brothers Ronald (Sandra) Aderman, Richard (Donna) Tracy, Gordon (Rachael) Tracy and Raymond (Kathleen) Tracy, sister Judy Tracy and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the brother of the late Donna (Earl) Thyret.
