Miss Georgette Lucille Edwards
and Mr Alan Ross Brady were
united in marriage this afternoon
at a lovely summer ceremony which
took place at the Epiphany church
at 2 o'clock with the Rev. David
H. Weeks officiating. Preceding
the ceremony and softly during the
service organ music was played by
Miss Elsa Kimball. Mr. William
Edwards cousin of the bride, w
the soloist.
The bride is the daughter of Mr
and Mrs. George B Edwards, of
Ontario avenue, and the bridegroom
is the son of Mr and Mrs. George
,C Brady, of Pierce avenue
White velevray fashioned with a
long train was worn by the bride.
Her fingertip veil was of illusion
and fell fro a dainty coronet of
seede pearls. White roses and
gypsophelia were used in her bou-
quet.
Miss Portia Brady, sister of the
bridegroom, was maid of honor and
Miss Dorothy Meyer and Miss Hazel
ABenschein, bridesmaids, wore
gowns deigned on the same lines.
Miss Brady in blue marquisette and
the bridesmaids in pale pink mar-
quisette. The lines of the gowns
were of colonial pattern. Their
Juliet caps were trimmed with
dainty matching flowers and their
bouquets were of similar design.
Mr. Gerald Ehrhart of Ithaca
N.Y was the best man and the
ushers were Mr. Alwyn Hessinger
and Mr. John McRae.
Immediately after the ceremony
a reception will be held in the
Epiphany parish house. The wed-
ding dinner will be served later at
The Prospect House.
The mother of the bride wore a
gown of French blue chiffon and the
mother of the bridegroom wore a
gown of dusty rose. Eac wore a
corsage of roses..
Mr. and Mrs. Brady will be "At
Home" after June 15. The bride
chose for traveling a ensemble of
moss green with tan accessories.
