Anne Claire Wigle
Is Summer Bride
St. Teresa of the Infant Jesus Church was
the setting Saturday (July 9, 1966) for the
morning, double-ring marriage ceremony for
Miss Anne Claire Wigle and James Lee Wagner.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
E. Ray Wigle, 4817 Penn St., the bridegroom
is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius E. Wagner,
161 81st St. Rev. John E. Ducette performed
tfie ceremony.
The bride, who was given in marriage by
her father, wore a gown of white peau de
soie, styled with a scooped neckline, elbowlength
sleeves and empire bodice enhanced
with crystal and pearl beading. The A-line
skirt was graced with a square detachable
chapel-length train. A Crystal and pearl
crown secured her bouffant veil of silk illusion.
She carried a cascade bouquet of
white roses and stephanotis.
Miss Carol Wigle was maid of honor. She
was attired in pink lace and chiffon.
Carl A. Wagner, brother of the bridegroom
was best man. Lance L. M. Brown and William
Dixson were ushers.
After a reception at the Parkway Inn the
couple left for a wedding trip to Canada.
They will reside at 39A Elizabeth Road,
Hampton, Va.
Miss Donna Mycock and Miss Marzina
Cardamone, bridesmaids, were similarly
dressed.
