A. V. Pearson Wed
The Rev. Francis McKenna
officiated at the marriage of
Miss Diane Louise Papoi and
Arthur Vincent Pearson, 169
Dartmouth St., Rochester, at
St. John de LaSalle Church.
The noon ceremony, Nov.
18, 1967, united the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Papoi,
1090 Nash Road, North
Tonawanda, and the nephew
of Miss Zella Pearson, 9121
S. Military Road.
The bride's peau de soie
gown ha'cT an empire bodice
of Alencon lace, A-line skirt
and detachable Watteau train.
A flower cluster held her
cathedral veil and she carried
a cascade of white roses.
Mrs. A r t h u r ° Sbamrodc,
grandmother of the bride,
fashioned her granddaughter's
gown and those of the
bridesmaids. She also made
the wedding cake.
Miss Donna Papoi was her
sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids
were Mrs. John Graf
and Miss-Linda Scouten and
Christine Braeges was flower
girl. The attendants' azure
blue gowns featured floating
back panels.
George Pearson served as
best man for his brother.
Ushers were Philip Pearson,
another brother, and Carl
Desens, Rochester. Keith
Scouten was ring-bearer.
An evening reception was
held at the American Legion
Hall, Tonawanda.
Mr. and Mrs. Pearson will
reside in Rush, N.Y.
