- Nancy Haseley Bogner, 83, of Lockport, Niagara County, NY, formerly of Newfane, NY, entered into rest Monday, November 26, 2007 in Lockport, Niagara County, NY. She was born in Nashville, TN on September 18, 1924, the daughter of the late Warren and Lucy Eudelpha Davis Halstead. Nancy had lived in the Newfane-Lockport most of her life. She worked for Niagara Homemakers in Lockport as a home aide, retiring in 1987 after 14 years. Nancy was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lockport. She loved dancing, belonged to the Niagara Singles, Lockport Eagles and was a past member of Newfane Historical Society. Nancy loved civil war history and spending time with her grandchildren. Wife of the late Raymond Haseley and John Bogner. Mother of Joan Turrell of Middleport, Niagara County, NY, Paula (James) Ford of El Paso, TX, Philip Haseley of Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY, Dale (Lori) Haseley of Middleport, Niagara County, NY and Tina (Michael) Wilson of Alfred Station, NY. Grandmother of George (Leslie) Turrell, Penny Turrell, Shawn Conners, Kimberly Elen, Ashley, Rachael and Rebecca Wilson and Charlene Haseley. Sister of the late Estelle Jolls and Esther Hooberry. Mother-in-law of the late Robert Turrell. Friends may call a the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2670 Main St., Newfane, NY, WEDNESDAY 6-9 PM. Funeral services will be held THURSDAY at 11:00 AM in Trinity Lutheran Church, 67 Saxton St., Lockport, Niagara County, NY. Rev. Alan Bauch will officiate. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery, Cambria, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
