Elizabeth E. Judge and Norman
Barton Knox were united in marriage
Saturday at St. Patrick's
rectory, with the Rev. John P
Kennedy officiating at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter
of the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard
J. Judge, and the bridegroom is
the son of Mrs. Beatrice Knox of
50 Locust St. and the late David
A. Knox.
Given in marriage by her brother,
Richard F. Judge, the bride
wore a gown of white lace fashioned
with a fitted bodice buttoned
down the front, Peter Pan collar
and long tapered sleeves, the full
skirt falling to a train. A lace
bonnet held her veil of silk illusion
edged with lace applique and she
carried a bouquet of red and white
carnations with white streamers.
BRIDE'S ATTENDANT
Miss Rita J. Judge, sister of the
bride, was maid of honor in a
gown of light blue net with navy
velvet Jacket, and a hat of matching
velvet with light blue velvet
trimming. Her flowers were red
carnations with red streamers.
The bridegroom was attended
by his brother, Bruce P. Knox, as
best man.
Mrs. Knox, mother of the bridegroom,
chose a dress of blue print
tie silk with pink accessories, and
Mrs. C. Daniel Lenihan, sister of
the bride, wore a dress of brown
crepe with white polka dots, and
brown accessories.
WEDDING BREAKFAST
Following the ceremony, a wedding
breakfast was served to 21 at
the Knights of Columbus Hall,
where the reception to 900 later
was held. Refreshments were
served from a table centered by a
three-tiered wedding cake. Musk
at the reception was furnished by
Rudy Coumont.
The couple left for a motor trip
to Los Angeles, where they will
reside. They are both graduates
of Lockport High School. The
bridegroom served three years
in the U. S. Marine Corps, and at
present is a student at UCLA
