A very quite wedding was solemnized
Thursday evening at Evangelical
Lutheran Church, when Margaret
WlUover. daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Leonard Brewer of 281 Walnut
St., was united in marriage to
Theodore Gill, son of Mr. and Mrs.
LeRoy Gill, 226 Caledonia St., the
Rev. Herman Meier officiating.
The bride wore a street-length
dress of purple velvet with headdress
of white roses and matching
corsage. Her only attendant was
Miss Rena Rogers, who wore a dress
of burgandy velvet with headdress
of yellow roses and matching corsage.
The beat man was LeRoy
Gill, brother of the groom.
The bride's mother wore a dress
of blue crepe with matching accessories
and the groom's mother wore
a flowered silk Jersey dress with
matching accessories. A reception
was held at the home, of Mrs.
Charles Brewer, grandmother of
the bride. The bridal couple are
making their home at 196 Locust
St.
Among pre-nuptial affairs for the
bride were; A pantry shower given
by Mrs. Bernard Woolaton and Mrs.
Frank Shaw at the borne of the
former; a kitchen shower given by
Mrs. Charles Brewer; a novelty
shower given by Mrs. Harold Moore
and a personal shower given by
Miss Rena Rogers.
