Abraham, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Fred Abraham to Norman Bobslen
was solemnized on Friday afternoon,
June 13 at the Trinity Lutheran
parsonage. Rev. Herman Meier
officiated^
The bride wore a gown of blue
chiffon with slippers and hat to
correspond. Her flowers were roses
and larkspur. Mrs. Richard Abraham
was matron of honor. She was
costumed in flesh embroidered lace
with matching accessories. She
carried pink roses. Miss Stella
Brounscheldel was bridesmaid. She
wore pale pink chiffon with
match and carried pink roses.
Lawrence Bobzien was best man.
Immediately following the ceremony,
a reception was held at the
Park hotel. The bride's table was
beautifully decorated with summer
garden flowers.
Upon returning from their wed'
ding trip, they will take up resi-
dence at 361 Gooding street.

-Lillian M.
Bobzien, of Niagara street, was
granted a divorce from Norman
Bobzien, 36 Bristol avenue, and the
custody of four children in an Interlocutory
Judgment by Supreme
Court Justice William A. Gold
which has been filed In the county
clerk's office here. Mr. Bobzien
was directed to pay $5 a week for
the support of each child.
The Bobzlens were married in
Lockport on June 13, 1931. The
divorce was granted on the grounds
of indifelity.

Lawton, whose marriage to Gifford
Brinkel of Buffalo took place Thursday
noon In the Methodist Episcopal
church. Main and Masten streets,
Buffalo, was honor guest at a delightful
variety shower given Tuesday
evening by 30 of her friends at
the home of her sister, Mrs. Lucy
Norton, at the Aln Lieu, Olcott.
Miss Lawton received many beautiful
gifts. Seven tables of bridge
were played, followed by a delicious
supper. Quests were from Buffalo
Lockport, Wilson. Appleton and Olcott.
The Rev. George Schlenker, a former
pastor of the Olcott Methodist
Episcopal church, performed the
marriage ceremony

One of Lockport's oldest citizens
d;ed Wednesday, five months
short of her 100th birthday.
Mrs. Mary Heintz Boye, 99, died
at the home of her daughter, Mrs.
Otto W. Kandt, 256 Willow St., after
a short illness.
Born in Germany on Nov. 16,
1862, Mrs. Boye came to this country
in 1882. Her family settled
first in Lancaster and then moved
to a farm on the Coomer Road,
Newfane, before coming to Lockport
in 1904. She was the daughter
of Christian and Maria Niece
Heintz.
Ever since then, Mrs. Boye had
lived in various houses, but always
on Willow Street.
Mrs. Boye was the oldest member
of the English Lutheran
Church and a former member of
many organizations within t h e
church.
The widow of Henry Boye who
died in 1935, Mrs. Boye Is survived
bv one son, Edward H. Boye of
Buffalo; two daughters, Mrs
Kandt and Miss Emma F. Boye
of Rochester; seven grandchildren;
14 great - grandchildren;
several nieces and a nephew.
She was the mother of the late
John C Frank J., Victor R. and
Albert J. Boye.
Friends may call at the Prudden
and Kandt Funeral Home, 242
Genesee St., beginning at 7 p.m.
today, and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. tomorrow. Private funeral
services conducted by the Rev.
Robert Heffner of the First English
Lutheran Church will be held
at the funeral home Saturday.
Mrs. Boye will be buried in
Wright's Corners Cemetery.

veau, 68, of 76 Nicholls St., died
at Lockport Memorial Hospital
Friday (June 27, 1969) after a
six-month illness.
A native .of New Brunswick,
Canada, he was born Dec. 8,
1900, the son of Donat and
Marie Bourque Belliveau.
He had lived in Lockport for
41 years and retired in 1965
from the Harrison Radiator Division
of General Motors Corp.
where"he had worked as a machinist.
He was a member of St.
Mary's Church and the UAWCIO
local 686.
He is survived by his wife,
Marie Tellerin Belliveau; six

Trinity Lutheran church was the
scene of an impressive wedding yesterday
afternoon when at 4 o'clock Rev.
Herman Meier united In marriage Miss
Alma E. Hsnnlng, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Helmuth Henning of Church
street and Harold L. Volschow also of
thia city.
The church was handsomely decorsted
with palms, ferns, marguerites
snd roses, and the bride, given In marriage
by her father, was gowned In
white satin and her tulle veil was fastened
with a wreath of orange blossoms.
She carried a shower bouquet of
bride roses. Attending her as honor
maid was her sister, Gertrude, wearing
nile green, while Eleanor Henning and
Irene Volschow, sisters of the bride
and groom, were ths bridesmaids, one
in pink, the ether la blue, snd all wore
white hats and carried bouquets of
roses and sweet peas, ths flowers of the
maid of honor being Ophelia roses aad
those of the bridesmaids pink. Little
Frances Greenthaner made *a dainty
flower girl and Arthur Sy attended the
groom svs best man While ushers were
Henry Levi and Edward Kandt Mrs,
Henning wore a handsome gowa of
brown Canton crepe.
A reception of 75 guests was held at
the house, where roses and many other
flowers prevailed, and II were seated

William B. Eaton, 89, retired
building contractor, of 1885 Hosmer
Road, Appleton, died Tuesday
at his home.
He was born in the Town
of Somerset on Sept. 9, 1880,
the son of Bennett and Theresa
(Tenney) Eaton.
He was the founder and a
former president of the William
B. Eaton Construction Co., Lockport.
He first embarked on his
building career in 1905, and established
his construction firm
in Lockport in 1922, in association
with his brother, Hubert
L. Eaton, and his son, Jesse
B. Eaton.
He was a member of Somerset
Lodge 639, F&AM, and
the Lockport Rotary Club. He
was also a member of West
Somerset Baptist Church, serving
as one of its trustees for
40 years.
His wife, Mrs. Lena Eaton,
died six years ago. They had
celebrated their 50th wedding
anniversary Sept., 1952.
Mr. Eaton is survived by two
daughters, Mrs. Mabel Wilson
of Newfane, and Mrs. Flora
Truesdell of Barker; five sons,
Jesse of Newfane, Harold of
Lockport, Ralph of Newfane,
and Donald and Arthur of Apple-
ton; 21 grandchildren,
great-grandchildren

quets at the First Presbyterian
Church.
The bride, given in marriage by
her stepfather, was attired In a
gown of Chantilly lace and nylon
tulle over satin with a fitted bod-
Ice buttoned down the back, long
sleeves, and a neckline with a
standup collar trimmed with iridescent
sequins. The full skirt,
made of three tiers of wide handclipped
Chantilly lace and a panel
of permanent pleated nylon tulle
in front, ended in a sweep train.
Her headpiece of pleated
nylon telle, trimmed with Iridescent
sequins and pearls,
held a fingertip veil of Imported
Illusion and she carried
a Prayer Book topped by
a whits orchid and feathered
white chrysanthemums.
Miss Phyllis Nicholson, sister of
the bride, was maid of honor wearing
an orchid gown of net over
sstin with a mandarin collar, fitted
waist, puffed sleeves and lace
across the bodice extending to a
panel down the front of the threetiered
skirt.
Miss Nancy Bradley, sister of
the groom, and Miss Helen Atkinson
of Gasport, were bridesmaids
attired in mint green gowns similar
to that of the maid of honor.
All three attendants wore picture
hats matching their gowns and
carried Colonial bouquets of yellow
roses encircled by whits flowers
and lace to match their dresses.
Mr. Bradley was attended by
William Johnston and ushers were
Merle Smith, Olcott snd Robert
Bradley, brother of the groom,
Newfane.
The flower gtri. Fays Bradley,
sister of the groom, wore a yellow
own and picture hat and David
Iradley, brother of the groom, was
the ring bearer.
Mrs. Pasda, mother of the
bride, wore a blue crystalette
dress and blue and white accessories.
Mrs. Bradley chose a
gray butcher linen dress with
white accessories. Each had a
talisman rase corsage.
A reception to 250 was held at
Lockport Post 2535, Veterans of
Foreign Wars Home where the
bride's table was decorated with
arrangements of mixed flowers
The cake was four-tiered, topped
by a bride, groom and bell.
For traveling, the bride chose a
brown summer cotton with white
accessories and a white rose cor
sage. The couple will reside on Maple
Avenue. Newfane. upon their
return from a wedding trip in the
Finger Lakes Region.
Out-of-town guests were from
Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Washington,
Buffalo, Barker and Newfane.
The bride attended Lockport
High School and the groom attend
ed Newfane Central School. He
was a corporal in the U. S. Army
stationed in Nurnberg, Germany.

Albert W. Berner, 64, of 138
Davidson St., Buffalo, a former
Middleport resident, died Tuesday
(June 28, 1966) at Sisters
Hospital. Buffalo, after a lengthy
illness.
The son of Mrs. Minnie Lasole
Berner of Middleport and the
late Albert Berner, he was born
May 22, 1902.
He was employed by the
Burke Detective Agency in Buffalo.
Besides his mother, he is survived
by his widow, Gertrude
Comrie Berner; a daughter,
Mrs. Leroy (Johanna) Sautter;
one son, Robert J. Berner and
four grandchildren.
Also surviving are two sisters,
Mrs. Grace Wooden of
Schenectady, Mrs. Jeanette
Dietrich and two brothers, Raymond
and Calvin Berner.

Vincent G. Weaver, 71, of 31
Marshall Place, Lockport, a retired
steelworker, died Thursday
afternoon (June 29, M67) at
Lockport Memorial Hospital after
a two-week illness.
Born Aug. 7, 1895 in Lockport,
he was the son of Edward and
Eizabeth Bowler Weaver, and a
lifelong resident of Lockport.
He retired in 1960 from the
Buffalo Steel Corp at Tonawanda,
where he had been employed
for 33 years. Since his.
retirement, he had worked as
an attendant at the Manufacturers
& Traders Trust Co. parking
lot and for Zimmie's Tire
Service.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs.
Helen B. Weaver; two sons,
Thomas V. Weaver of Montclair,
Calif., and Leo F. Weaver
of Lockport; five sisters,
Mrs. William Brittin, Mrs. Anna
Hartrup, Mrs. Harry Millard,
Mrs. Oran Alexander, all of
Lockport, and Mrs. George
Bowler of Elba; also six
grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.

Mrs. Lillian T. Budde, 50, of Middleport,
died Thursday evening in
the Medina Memorial hospital of a
stroke of paralysis suffered Monday
morning.
Mrs. Budde was born in the
Quaker road, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. George Riley, and had lived
in the eastern part of the county all
her life. She was a member of the
Lutheran church at Ridgewood.
Surviving are four daughters and
one son, Mrs. Howard Mack, Gas-
port; Mrs. Meville Schank, Mary,
Martha and Walter Budde, all of
Middleport; one sister an done
brother, Miss Edna and Alvin Riley,
Middleport.
The funeral will be held tomorrow
afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Richardson
and Knuebel Funeral home.

A resident of Lockport for the
past 18 years. Mr. Maynard was
born Sept 8, 1912 In the Town of
Hartland. the son of William and
Alice Bowers Maynard. He was
employed as a car salesman at
the Newfane Garage since 1956
Mr. Maynard was • member
of the Newfane Conservation Club
and Lockport Lodge 41. BPOE.
He is survived by his wife, the

Maynard. Medina; five sisters,

A lovely church wedding was held
Saturday at the Sanborn Baptist
church, when Miss Jessie Unger,
youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs
Wilbur Unger of the Baer road, and
Mervin Brick of Cambria Center
were united in marriage at 4 o'clock
by the Rev. Frank N. Taft.
The bridal party entered the
church to the strains of the Wedding
March from Lohengrin, played
by Mrs. Wallace Bush, cousin of the
bride.
The church was artistically decorated
with roses, tulips, lilacs and
iris. The bride, who was given in
marriage by her father, wore a
white tulle dress, trimmed with
daisies and made with short, puffed
sleeves. Her veil was three-quarter
length net trimmed with lace. She
carried an arm bouquet of white
roses and gypsophila.
Sisters of the bride were matrons
of honor. Mrs. Allen Miller wore
pink net and carried talisman roses.
Mrs. Frank Oribben wode blue embroidered
organdy and carried pink
roses. Suzanne Brick, sister of the
groom, was flower girl and wore
pink organdy.
Arthur Brick, brother of the
groom, was best man and ushers
were Glenn Brick and Frank Gribben.
Arthur Gray sang, "Because," "O
Promise Me." and "I Love You
Truly."
Mrs. Wilbur Unger, mother of the
bride wore blue and white sheer
with white accessories and a corsage
of pink and white roses. Mrs.
Evelyn Brick, mother of the groom
wore flowered chiffon with blue
accessories and a corsage of pink
and white roses.
After the ceremony, a reception
and dinner for the immediate
families was held at the Plantation
at Niagara Falls.
Mr. and Mrs. Brick left for a
trip to New York and will visit the
World's fair. Upon their return they
will make their home in Cambria
Center.

of Moravia, will be held tomorrow

Funeral Home in Moravia. Mr.
Bixler, 67, died Wednesday (June
5. 1963) at Veterans Hospital in
Syracuse, where he was a patient
for three weeks.
Mr. Bixler was born July 18,
1895 in Newfane, the son of George
and Julia Bishop Bixler, and was
wounded In France during World
War I, when he served in the
Army.
Follwoing his msrrlage to the
former Edna Reed of Hartland in
1920, the couple moved to Moravia
and operated a Cayuga County
farm.
Besides his wife, Mr. Bixler Is
survived by four daughters, Mrs.
Harold Faatz of Lockport, Mrs.
George Call of Cortland. Mrs. Addison
Hleboski of Groton, N.Y.,
and Mrs. Harry Polhamus of Aurora;

Bullard, 74, of 3678 Lockport-Ol-
cott Road, died today (June 8,
1963) at Mount View Hospital,
where he was admitted Thursday
after a long illness.
Born in Olcott Dec. 10, 1889. he
was the son of Fenton and Ella
Godfrey Bullard.
Formerly employed by the
Eastern Forwarding Co., a Buffa-
lo trucking agency, Mr. Bullard
once operated a Newfane service
station, and owned and operated
the Bullard Trucking Co. from
his Lockport address for six
years, until his retirement 10
years ago.
Mr. Bullard married the for-
mer Florence Smith of Cambria
in 1909 and the couple celebrat-
ed their 50th wedding anniversa-
ry In 1959.
A former Newfane Fire Chief
for two years, Mr. Bullard served
with the Newfane Volunteer Fire
Co. for more than 10 years, and
was a member of the Exempt
Volunteer Firemen's Association.
Besides his widow, he is sur-
vived by two daughters, Mrs.
Carl (Marjorie) Hulshoff and
Marion Judge, both of Lockport;
three sons, William and LaVerne
Bullard of Lockport, and Levelle
Bullard of Appleton; two broth-
ers, Claude Bullard of Newfane,
and Ray Bullard of Lockport;

Born Aug. 26, 1881 in Akron,
he was the son of John and
Wilhelrnina Wolters Koepsel.
Mr. Koepsel was married to
|e+ie former Grace Bruning on
April 14, 1910 and the couple
has lived in the Middleport area
since that time.
Mr. Koepsel was employed
as custodian of the Middleport
school for 26 years, retiring 15
years ago. He was a member
of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
Besides his widow, he is survived
by a son, LaVerne Koepsel
of Buffalo; one daughter,
Miss Dorothy Koepsel and a
sister, Mrs. Fred Tieffel, both
of Middleport; also two grandchildren.

man was critically injured
Monday afternoon when the car
he was driving and a dump
truck driven by his son, Earl,
collided at Campbell Blvd. and
Lockport Rd.
Vincent L. Beiter, 77. of 5379
Tonawanda Creek Rd. was
listed in critical condition this
morning at Sisters Hospital in
Buffalo where he was transferred
after being treated at
Lockport Memorial Hospital.
He is the father of Pendleton
Supervisor Raymond A. Beiter.
Niagara County Sheriffs
deputies said Mr. Beiter suffered
four broken ribs, a head
injury, facial lacerations, a
possible concussion and a
punctured lung.

driving a Niagara County Highway
Dept. dump truck, escaped

Beiter, 77, of 5379 Tonawanda
Creek Rd., father of Pendleton
Supervisor Raymond A. Beiter,
died Sunday at Sisters of
Charity Hospital, Buffalo, of
injuries suffered in a two vehicle
accident June 7.
A native of Pendleton, he was
born March 10, 1894, the son
of Casper and Francis Donner
Beiter. He had been a selfemployed
carpenter, here, most
of his life.
Mr. Beiter had been injured
June 7 when the car he was
driving and a Niagara County
Highway Dept. dump truck
driven by his son, Earl, collided
at Campbell Blvd. and Lockport
Rd.
Niagara County Sheriffs
Deputy Karl Griffin said the
son, Earl V. 45, of 5049
M a p 1 e t o n Rd., Pendleton,
escaped injury.
Deputies said the westbound
car was struck broadside by the
northbound dump truck, loaded
with crushed stone for a highway
project in the area.
The elder Mr. Beiter was a
World War I veteran and a
former member of the Wendleville
Fire Co.
He was a member of the
Wendleville Exempt Firemen
and Benevolent Assn., the Holy
Name Society of Good Sheperd
Church, here, the Alfred Jurek
Post 1672, American Legion, the
Pendleton Senior Citizens Club,
the Old Guard in Lockport and
the Pendleton Democratic Club.
Besides his two sons, he is

Elizabeth A. Windnagle Beiter;
three other sons, Anthony J. of
Freeport, Pa., Vincent J. and
Joseph G. of Pendleton; three
daughters, Mrs. William
(Arlene) Goerss of St. Louis,

Mo., Mrs. Stanley (Elizabeth)
Swogier of Pendleton and Mrs.
Lester (Rita) Spoth of Amherst.

the Gaul Funeral Home Inc.,
263 East Ave., where services
will be held at 10:15 a.m.,
Wednesday and at 11 a.m. from
Good Shepherd Church.
The Rosary will be recited at
8:30 p.m., tomorrow. Burial will
be in Good Shepherd Cemetery.

Candelabra and baskets of white gladioli and larkspur
adorned the chancel at Emmanuel Methodist Church at 4 o'clock
Saturday afternoon for the marriage of Miss Donna Lou Bewley,
to Marcus Robert Enos. The Rev. Harold Mclbay officiated.
Mrs. Helen Kinzly Webb played the wedding musk and Miss
Carol Goodridge was the soloist.
The bride Is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. George Richard Bewley
of Locust Street and the groom is
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clare
Stuart Enos. of Willow Street.
A camellia white satin and
Chantilly lace gown fashioned with
a taut bodice and high round neckline
with long pointed sleeves of
lace was worn by the bride. The
bouffant skirt of satin with a deep
appliqued flounce of lace cascaded
into a Cathedral length train.
Her finger-tip veil of imported illusion
was caught to a matching
lace cap and orange blossoms.
She carried a crescent bouquet of
lily-of-ihe-valley and carnations
and centered with gardenias.
BRIDE'S ATTENDANTS
Miss Carol Jane Bewley, sister
of the bride, was maid of honor,
wearing an orchid frosted organ-
sa floor length gown. The fitted

bodice wlth v-neckline and very
full skirt waa enhanced by a pur
pie velvet sash.
Her bridesmaids, the Misses
Dorothy Jean Smith, cousin of the
bride of Washington; Ann Bishop
of Lockport; Peggy Marsh of
Drexel Hill, Pa.; Patricia Collins,
Kenllworth, Ill. and Mary Tilley
of Philadelphia, Pa., wore similar
gowns in ice blue with purple velvet
sashes.
The attendants accented their
gowns with headdresses of matching
lavender larkspur and mullein
and carried baskets of shaded lavender
and purple larkspur and asters,
tied with purple velvet rib-
bon.
GROOMS ATTENDANTS
Donald Hulshoff, cousin of the
groom was best man and the ushers

were Robert Ansteth, Arthur
Brick, James Coulter, cousin of
the bride, Robert Wllkerson, all of
Lockport and Mark I. Lange, of
Akron, N. Y.
The mother of the bride favored
a Caspian blue Imported silk taffeta
dress with a sweetheart neckline
and blue silk bat with pink
lilacs and illusion. She wore a
white orchid corsage. The bridegroom's
mother chose a navy imported
slllt taffeta dress and large
white hat trimmed with navy.
White gloves and a white orchid
completed her costume.
The bride's grandmother, Mrs
Willis E. Coulter, wore a navy

dress with a navy and white hat
and a corsage of pink carnations
and roses.
RECEPTION FOLLOWS
A reception was held in the
Washington Room at the Park Hotel
after the ceremony. Guests
attended from Syracuse, Blnghamton,
Toronto. Ont., Philadelphia.

Sunday. June 30. 1929. She Is

15 great - grandchildren and sev-
eral nieces and nephews. Friends
received at the Kennety Funeral

funeral will be held Friday July

Thomas E. Dunn, 80, of Wisterman

Rd., Lockport, an area farmer,
died Tuesday (July 16, 1957)
at his home, after an illness.
He was born May 9. 1877 in
Michigan, the son of William and
Esther Dunn, and had later lived
in Medina. He moved to Westerman
Rd. about 18 months ago. His
wife, the former Ethyl Blackley,
died some time ago.
Surviving are four sons, Perry
Dunn, Lockport; Ray Dunn, Gasport;
and John and Leonard
Pritchard, both of Medina; five
daughters, Mrs. Franklin House-
man, Lockport; Mrs. Walter
Thompson, Wilson; Mrs. Eleanor
Norway, Burt; Mrs. Charles
Quackenbush, and Mrs. John
Stack, both of Medina; 17 grandchildren;
and 15 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday after-
noon at 2 in the Kennedy Funeral
Home, 122 Walnut St., with the
Rev. Everett R. Davis officiating.
Burial will be in Ridgeway Ceme-
tery.

chancel of St. Patrick's Church
Saturday, June 21, for the wadding
of Miss Joan Eloise Bixler
and Dennis Melvin Daley at 11
in the morning.
The Rev, Leo F. Reddy performed
the ceremony for the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth
Bixler Sr. of 130 Juniper St., and
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis
L. Daley of 41 Dorchester Rd,
Given in marriage by her father,
the bride wore a gown of
Chantilly lace styled with a »abrina
neckline, trimmed with irisequins
and pearls and
long sleeves tapering over the
wrists The bouffant skirt featured
tiers of ruffles at the
back. She wore a pearl necklace,
a gift of the bridegroom.
SEQUIN TIARA
Her headpiece was a tiara of
iridescent sequins which held the
hand rolled veil of imported silk
illusion. She carried a cascade
bouquet of white feathered carnations
and white button pompons
with detachable corsage.
Mrs. Sally Harden was her sister's
matron of honor. She chose
a mint green nylon chiffon streetlength
gown with matching net
and taffeta underskirt fashioned
with bell-shaped sleeves. This
was complemented by s mint
green headdress with matching
short veil. Her colonial bouquet
was of dark pink carnations and
pink sweetheart roses with mint
green satin stresmers.
Bridesmaids were the Misses
Carol Warren, Katherine Destito
and Thelma Thrall, cousin of the
bridegroom. They wore sleeveless
gowns, styled like that of
the matron of honor, but in yellow,
mint green and pink respectively
complemented by matching
headpieces. They carried
similar bouquets.
Brenda Harden, niece of the
bride, was flower girl. Her dress
was of pink polished cotton with
a white nylon pinafore. She
wore a headdress of pink sweetheart
roses, and carried a basket
of pink carnations.
Keith Bisher. cousin of the
bridegroom, was ring bearer.
William Williams was best
man. Ushers were Kenneth Bixler,
brother of the bride, Bruce
Seeloff and James Youssett of
Newfane.
Mrs. Carl Kilroy played the
wedding music.
For her daughter's wedding,
Mrs. Bixler favored a yellow organza
dress with a band of yellow
lace encircling the full skirt,
a white flowered hat, yellow accessories
and a corsage of yellow
carnations. The bridegroom's
mother chose a princess style
gown of white lace over pink,
white accesories and a corsage
of pink carnations. Mrs. Anne
Howard of Johnstown, Pa., great
aunt of the bridegroom, also attended.
GRANDMOTHERS ATTEND
Mrs. Cora Irving, grandmother
of the bride, wore a Bemberg
sheer orchid dress with gray and
white accessories. Mrs. Raymond
Racine, grandmother of the
bridegroom, wore a blue flowered
chiffon dress, pmk and white accessories.
Their corsages were of
white carnations.
Dinner was served at the Fino
Restaurant for the bridal party.
Three hundred guests attended
the reception at the South Lock
port Fire Hall. Two wedding
cakes adorned the table. One was
a five-tiered cake made by Mrs.
Robert Schielke, cousin of the
bride, and the other was a fourtiered
cake made by Mrs. Edward
Daley, aunt of the bridegroom.
The bouquets of the bride
and her attendants were placed
on the table.
Serving at the reception were
Mrs. Donald Hosmer, cousin of
the bride. Miss Gloria Bixler, sister
of the bride, Mrs. Charles
Gelnett, another sister of the
bride and Scott Walmer.
As the couple left for a New
York City trip, the bride was
wearing a red and white dress,
red accessories and a corsage of
white carnations. They will make
their home at 2 LeVan Ave.
Guests attended from Buffalo,
Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda,
Utica and Pennsylvania.
The gridegroom was graduated
from De Sales Catholic High
School and attended Niagara
University for two years. He
served two years with the U.S.
Air Force.
Pre-nuptial parties included
three variety showers, by Miss
Carol Warren and Miss Katharine
Destito; Mrs. Bruce Harden
and Mrs. Charles Gelnett; Miss
Thelma Thrall and Mist
Yousett. A pastry ahower
given by Mrs. Harry Steiaer,
Mrs. Donald Hosmer and Mrs.
Robert Conley.
