Marilyn was born in Niagara Falls on February 2, 1949 to Jessie (Niedzwiecki) and Stanley Majchrzak. Marilyn grew up in the warmth of the local Polish community filled with cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends, and imbued with devotion to the Catholic Faith.
