take place next Sunday

SANBORN. June 13.-The wedding
0f Miss Hilda Wienke. only daughter
o f M r . and Mrs. Adolph Wienke of
the Saunders Settlement road, and
Hubert Ferchen, son of Mr. and Mrs.
John Ferchen. of Bergholtz, was solemnized
on Sunday at 2.30 p.m. at
St. Peter's Lutheran church, the Rev.
Edward A. Graubau officiating. Following
the ceremony a reception for
the immediate families was held at
the home of the bride's parents.
Pre-nuptial events Included a variety
shower at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Walter Wienke, on the Ward
road, and a shower at the home of
the bride. Mr. and Mrs. Ferchen have
gone on a wedding trip to Chicago
