Palms and bouquets of Spring
flowers decorated the altar of St.
John's Evangelical Lutheran
Church on April 26 when at 7 p.m.
Miss Ardis Ruth Haseley, daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Haseley
of Falls Blvd., became the bride of
John W. Wolf of Niagara Falls.
The Rev. Walter Thiemecke ofi
ficiated at the double ring cere-
mony.
Given in marriage by her father,
the bride wore a gown of satin and
tulle. Her satin bodice was made
with a beaded sweet heart neckline,
long sleeves pointed at the
wrists and fastened at the back
with tiny buttons from neckline
to waistline. The full skirt of
tulle was also beaded and ruffled
to form a long train. She wore a
fingertip veil of French illusion
which fell from a Dutch beaded
bonnet and carried a shower bouquet
of roses and sweet peas tied
with satin streamers.
Mrs. Arthur Wolf, sister of the
bride, was the matron of honor.
Her gown was of aqua ninon fashioned
with an off-shoulder yoke
and bouffant skirt, trimmed with
ruffles of self material. She wore
a tiara of pink roses and sweetpeas
in her hair and carried a
bouquet of similar flowers tied
with aqua ribbons.
The bridesmaids were Miss
Louise Wolf sister of the bridegroom
and Miss Alice Haseley.
Miss Wolf wore a gown of pink
embossed marquisette with sweetheart
neckline, puffed sleeves and
Bo-peep skirt.
She carried a bouquet of red
roses, narcissus and sweetpeas tied
with fuschia ribbon and wore red
roses in her hair. Miss Haseley
was gowned in yellow marquisette,
similar to that of Miss Wolf's. She
carried a bouquet of yellow roses,
sweetpeas and narcissus tied with
green ribbon and wore yellow
roses in her hair.
Arthur Wolf was his brother's
best man and the ushers were Edwin
Wulf and Warren Camman.
Mrs. Haseley, mother of the
bride, chose a navy street length
dress with matching accessories
and a corsage of red roses and
Mrs. Wolf selected a black street
length dress with matching accessories
and a corsage of yellow
roses.
Following the ceremony a reception
was held in Bergholtz
Community Hall for 125 guests.
The bride's table was centered
with a wedding cake and decorat-
ed with Spring flowers and tap-
ers.
Mr. and Mrs. wolf left for a
wedding trip to New York and
Boston.
