Sanborn, June 23.-A very quiet
but pretty wedding was solemnized
Saturday afternoon, June 20th. at 3
o'clock, at tbe home of Mrs. Anna M.
Wagner of Sanborn when her daughter
Vera, became the bride of Reuben
R. Jedele of Tonawanda.
The ceremony was performed by
Kev. James S. Wilson in the presence
of the two immediate families.
The bride was: beautifully gowned
in white satin crepe trimmed with
lace and wore orange blossoms in her
hair, and carried a bouquet ot brides
roses.
Her bridesmaids were Miss Ruth
Bollier of Tonawanda, a cousin of the
bride, and Miss Lyle Lyoid of Buffalo.
Miss Ruth Bollier wore a gown of
peach color crepe, carried a bouquet
of pink roses; Miss Lyle Lyoid wore
a gown of powdered blue crepe, and
also carried a bouquet of pink roses.
The groom was accompanied by
Mr. Raymond Wagner, brother of the
bride, and Mr.. Erwin Bartel of
Tonawnnda.
The bridal party entered the par-
lor to the strains of Lohengrin played
by Mr, Alvin Jedele.
After the ceremony the .bridal party
and guests entered the dining room
where a bountiful lunch was served,
covers being laid for 35.
The out of town guests were Mr.
and Mrs. Christ Jedele, parents of the
groom; Mr and Mrs. Harold Jedele
and daughter; Mr. and Mrs. Alvin
Jedele and Mrs. Margaret Bollier, and
daughters, of Tonawnnda.
Mr. .and Mrs. Reuben Jedele
left for a motor trip through
New York and New Jersey.
