The wedding of Miss Florena Hel-
ena Wittkowski. daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Herman Deuer of 265 Falconer
Street, to Mr. Adolf C. Sattelberg of
Unionville, Mich., was solemnized last
evening at 8 o'clock, in Frieden's
Church, corner of Vanderroort and
Schenk streets. The church was dec-
orated with palms, ferns and cut flow-
ers. The Reverend E. A. Schulz per
formed the ceremony in the presence
of 125 relatives and friends. The
bride was gowned in white satin, en-
hanced with pearl and crystal trim-
mings. Her veil was prettily arrang-
ed with lillies-of-the-valley and she
carried a shower bouquet of Bride
roses and lilllies-of-the-valley. Miss
Emma Wittkowski, who was the maid-
of-honor was gowned in blue silk and
carried an arm bouquet of Killarney
roses. The bridesmaids were: Miss
Frances Wittkowski, Miss Dorothy
Transferger and Miss Ida Dueger all
wearing pretty gowns of white silk
crepe and carrying arm bouquets
of pink carnations. Mr. Otto Kra-
gel was the best man and the ush-
ers were Messrs. Herman Sattelberg,
Harry Buchert, Benjamin Wetzloff, Al-
fred Gaul and Armine Wittkowski.
Mrs. Duer was gowned in black satin
with trimmings of net and lace and
corsage of white roses.
Following the ceremony a large re-
ception was held at the home of the
bride's parents. Covers were laid for
fourteen at the bride's table which was
centered with pink roses. The out-
of-town guests present were: Mr. John
Sattelberg, Mrs. George Pfitzinger,
Mrs. William Dehmel of Unionville,
Mich., Mr. and Mrs. Martin Sattelberg,
Mrs. Elizabeth Sattelberg, Mr. Fred
Sattelberg, Mrs. William Mitchell and
children of Buffalo and Mrs. August
Rosseau of Burt, N.Y.
Mr. and mrs. Sattelberg will be at
home in Unionville, Mich., after Feb-
ruary 20th.
