BERGHOLTZ. - Miss Dorothy
Heuer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
John Heuer, Route 1, Niagara Falls,
became the bride of Mr. Benjamin
Wolf, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer
Wolf, also of Route 1, Niagara
Falls, at an attractive double ring
ceremony at St. James' Lutheran
church, this village, on April 11,
at 3 p. m.
The bride, who wore a white
satin gown made on princess lines
with a long veil and carried a
shower bouquet of white roses and
narcissi, was given in marriage by
her father. She was attended by
Miss Alma Wolf, sister of the
groom, as maid of honor and the
Misses Eloise Camann and Lorraine
Pankow as maids of honor.
Mr. Harold Heuer. brother of
the bride, acted as best man. and
Mr. Lewis Heuer. cousin of the
bride and Mr. John Wolf, brother
of the groom, acted as ushers.
The church was decorated with
palms and roses for the ceremony
and vocal selections were presented
by Miss Lois Voelker. Miss Phyllis
Voelker and Miss Lillian Heuer.
Mr. Theodore Gragau. organist.
played "Jesus Still Lead On," during
the ceremony.
A reception at Bergholtz Community
hall was held after the
ceremony with 140 guests present.
The bride's table, at which covers
for 16 were laid, was decorated with
roses and a three-tiered wedding
cake.
The bride and groom left after
the reception oh a trip to New York
city. They will live at the home of
the bride's parents.
Showers were given in honor of
the bride by Mrs. Elmer Wolf and
Mrs. Arthur Wolf. Miss Alma Wolf.
Mrs. John Heuer and the Misses
Lorraine and Jane Pankow.
