The marriage of Miss Phylena E
Thomas, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Maurice C. Thomas of 95 South
Transit street, and Karl W. Beccue,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter K.
Beccue of 32 Carlton place, was
solemnized Saturday at 4 o'clock in
Christ church, the Rev. H. Irvine
Lynds performing the ceremony.
The bride, who was given in marriage
by her father, wore a dress of
light blue with accessories of
a darker shade and matching hat
with dotted veil. She wore a
shoulder corsage of pink and white
sweetpeas and pink roses tied with
pink.
Miss Helen Raymond was maid of
honor, also wearing two tones of
blue, poudre and navy, with blue
hat and veil. Her shoulder corsages
was of yellow roses and sweetpeas
tied with yellow.
Byron Thomas, brother of the
bride, was best man and wedding
music was played by Carlton Drew.
A reception to 20 guests followed
the ceremony, the dining room
being decorated with two shades of
blue crepe paper and bouquets of
carnations and roses in pink, red
and white and yellow Jonquils.
Mr. and Mis. Beccue will make
their home at 47 Franklin avenue
