 PEK1N, July 1 American Legion
 Hall, Tonawanda, was the setting
 for the 25th- wedding anniversary
 celebration of Mr. and Mrs.
 Charles Tomm, Upper Mountain
 Rd., Pekin.,
 Mrs. Tomm greeted her guests
 attired in a waltz-length-white nylon
 net, strapless gown, made with
 a full skirt of tiers of narrow ruffles.
 Dinner was served for more than
 200 guests: The "bride's" table
 was centered with a three-tiered
 wedding cake flanked .with tall
 white candles in triple silver holders,
 which were decorated with violets
 and" other miniature flowers.
 The blessing was asked by Mrs.
 Tomm's niece and nephews. Miss
 Bonnie-Jean Mielke, Masters Robert
 Jr. and Richard Schimschack.
 A. R. DuQuette, Grand Island, acted
 as master of ceremonies and
 proposed the toasts. Mrs. Dale
 W. Ellsworth was introduced and
 gave some of the highlights of the
 honor couple's marriage.
 The former Miss Eleanor Schimschack
 and -Mr. Tomm were married
 on June 28, 1930, at the home
 of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto
 Schimschack, by the Rev. Mr.
 Grabau, of St. Paul> Evangelical
 Lutheran  Church, # Norih Tonawanda.
 The attendants were Mr.
 and Mrs. LeRoy Tomm, who were
 present at the anniversary party.
 Among the guests were Mr. and
 Mrs. Tomm's mothers, Mrs. Charles
 Tomm Sr. and Mrs; Otto Schimschack.
