TOWN OF NIAGARA, Nov. 5-
Before the altar of the Niagara
United Presbyterian church, Military
and Lockport roads, Miss Elaine
Wackett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Richard Wackett, Lincoln street, and
Harold Zimmerman, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Harold Zimmerman,
Panama street, exchanged nuptial
vows Saturday. The Rev. W. B.
McFarland, pastor, officiated.
The bride, given in marriage by
her father, was attired in a colonial
gown of chantilly lace and carried a
colonjal bouquet of red roses and
pompons. Her fingertip veil of
illusion fell from a rhincstone tiara.
Miss Ray Ann Brown was the
bridesmaid. She chose, a colonial
gown of blue, stain brocade and
carried a colonial bouquet of yellow
roses.
The best man was Leonard Smith.
The bride's mother wore a black
crepe dress with white accessories
and a corsage of red roses.
The bridegroom's mother chose
a black velvet dress with a corsage
of red roses.
Ushers were Ralph Zimmerman,
brother of the bridegroom, and
Donnie McCormack.
Following the ceremony, a reception
was held at the Miniature Falls
restaurant with more than 200 guem
present. Out of town guests included
relatives of the bridegrom
from Canada.
For going away, the bride chose
a street length dress of crepe and
a corsage of pink carnations.
The young couple will reside in
Niagara Falls.
