 The Wilson Conservation
 Clubhouse was the scene of
 the 65th wedding anniversary
 reception held Sunday in
 honor of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas
 Brawn of 3883 Daniels
 Road, Wilson.
 The couple exchanged
 nuptial vows Nov. 27, 1901
 at Bedford, England and
 lived for several years at
 Northhampton, where they
 operated a dry goods store.
 They have lived in this country
 for the past 60 years.
 Mr. Brawn is a retired
 farmer.
 The celebration was given
 in their honor by then
 children*-Mrs. Edward Hurt
 gam of Ransomville. Thomas
 Brawn Jr., Wilson-Townline
 Road; Sidney Brawn,
 Orlando, Fla., Ernest
 Brawn, Wilson, Mrs. Edward
 Lester, Wilson Mrs.
 Mrs. Sumner Fogg, Niagara
 Falls.
 Mrs. Morton Evans, Wilson;
 Harry Brawn, Cambi
 a; Mrs. Arnold Drewes,
 Cambria; and Mrs. Arnold
 Kopp of Wilson.
 The couple also has 33
 grandchildren and ten greatgr.
 andchildren Mr Brawn
 has a sister in England and
 Mr, Brawn has three broth
 ers in Canada.
 The Brawns .spend then
 time watching their favorite
 programs on television and
 in the summer, Mr. Brawn
 is an ardent fisherman.
 Mrs. Brawn still enjoys her
 favorite hobbv - crocheting.
