The marriage vows of Miss
Dorothy Veronica Smale and Mr.
Frank J. Brinkworth were exchang-
ed this morning in the St. Mary's
church, Batavia, N.Y., at a 10
o'clock Mass, with the Rev. f.J.
Ferger officiating. The altar, with
its tall tapers, was banked with
tall white gladioli.
The bride, who is the daughter
of mrs. mae Smale, resided in
Ashland avenue and the gridegroom
resided at 245 Elmwood avenue, Buf-
falo.
An imported suit of pecan shade
with brown accessories worn with
mink was the becoming costume of
the bride. She carried a prayer
book with three gold orchids.
Miss Cyrilia Auger, of this city,
was the only attendant. She wore a
suit of hunter's green with smart
brown accessories. Her corsage was
green orchids.
Mr. Joseph masterman, of Buf-
falo, was the best man.
The wedding breakfast was served
at the Stuvesant hotel, Buffalo. The
mother of the bride wore a gown of
btark crepe with black small hat
and blue feather trim Her rotsage
was of gardenias Mrs Charles Hawkins,
sister of the bridesioom. wore
a gown of plum shade with gardenia
corsage.
This afternoon and evening there
will be a reception at "Ironwood."
the summer home of Mr. and Mrs.
Henry P. Lammerts, of Lake road,
Youngstown, N.Y. After Oct 1,
Mr. and Mrs. Brinkworth will reside
at The Stuyvesant, Buffalo.
