  Utica NY Observer - 1/5/1959 Mri Tnd 'Mrs. Frank Tocco, Sr., 320 Railroad St., Frank- fort, were honored at surprise- dinner party yesterday in observance of their 51st w e d d i n g anniversary. The party . w)n given by their daughter, end son-in-law Mr and Mrs. Patsy DeLuca, at their home, 1013 Culver Ave. Also attending were their other children, Frank and Joseph Tocco of Frankfort; Victor Tocco, Mary Jane Spina and Mrs. Kenneth Wet- more, all of Utica, and twelve grandchildren.
