Mrs. I.azzaro who before her marriage to Mr.
James Lazzaro at St. Joseph's church is the former Miss Jennie Colosimo,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Colosimo, Seventeenth Street.
Her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ventura Terenti, Niagara
street.

The St. Joseph church was the
setting of the early winter wedding
of Miss Jennie Colosimo, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Colosimo,
Seventeenth street, and Mr. James
Lazzaro, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ven-
tura Terenti, Niagara street. The
impressive double ring ceremony was
officiated by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Pas-
qual J. Tronolone.
White gladioli and white pompons
were used to decorate the altar.'
Given in marriage by her father,
the bride wore a gown of traditional
white satin, accenting a Victorian effect
standing collar. The gown was
made with a sweetheart neckline,
boque bodice, embroidened with silver
beads. A flaired gored skirt
swirled its fullness into a cathedral-
length train. The bridal veil, a
two-Uercd fingertip illusion, circular
with scalloped edge*, was caught to
the coiffure by a coronet of seed
beads, llic bride carried a cascade
of white roses.
The bridal group, wearing colored
satin gowns of new fall hues, included
Miss Rose Stranges. maid of honor;
Mrv Angcline Callcn. si»tcr of the
bride; Miss Marge Terenti. sister ol
the groom, and Miss marge Zito,
bridemaids.
Mr. Anthony DeMita was the best
man.
L'shers were Messrs. Archie Colosimo,
brother of the bnde. Robert Callcn.
and Frank DiAndelo.
The flower girls were Linda Pacuzi
and Angela' Leone, cousins of
the bride, both from Niagara Falls,
Ont.
The maid of honor and flower
girls wore strapless peacock blue
gowns with capes to match. Their
bouffant skirts were draped on one
side. They carried cascades of yel-
low roses.
The bridemaids wore golden gowns
with similar cape effects and strapless
bodices, with flared skirts and
side tunice. Their headpieces were
composed of half tiates in matching
satin. They carried cascades of
talisman roses.
The brides mother wore a brown
dress with green accessories and a
corsage of yellow tea roses. The
bridegroom's mother wore a toast lace
dress and also wore a corsage of yellow
tea roses.
Immediately following the ceremony
breakfast was served at the
Topper tavern. The wedding dinner
was served for the immediate fam-
ilies and relatives in the afternoon. A
large reception was held at St.
George's hall in the evening.
The bride's going away ensemble
consisted of delicate pink dress with
black accessories. To complete the
picture, the bride wore a large white
orchid.
After a plan trip to New York
City, the bride and bridegroom will
reside at 1811 Niagara street.
