Justice Cole in supreme court yesterday
granted Mrs. Carrie Bohner of
Alden a divorce from Aloyslus S. Bohner,
salesman earning $25 a week, according
to counsel for the wife. The
Bohners were married November 25,
1907, according to Mrs. Bohner, and
have no children.
Ralph. E. Brooks, real estate dealer
of Manila, was witness for Mrs, Bohner.
He said he had known Bohner thirty
and Mrs. Bohner twenty years. He
testified that in July, 1913, Bohner met
him In the Broezel hotel and introduced
a "blonde young woman" as his wife.
He said that while he and Bohner were
having some drinks the young woman
waited In the hotel lobby.
Arthur C. Kraus, who "said he was assistant
manager of t he hotel, produced
books. He said the cashier worked
alternate days and kept separate books,
but counsel for Mrs. Bohner could not
find evidence of Bohner's having been
registered at the hotel.
