YOUNGSTOWN Jan 3 Mr and
Mrs. Charles E Balcom. Sr.
Youngstown. announced the en-
gagement of their daughter. Grace
Ruth, to Elwin C Stolzenberg. son
of Mr and Mrs Herman S t o l z e n -
berg of Burt. The wedding will
take place in the near future.

Balcom. daughter of Mr. and Mrs
Charles E. Balcom, Sr., Youngstown,
and Mr. Elwin C. Stolzenberg, Burt,
was solmenized at a candlelight
service in St. John's Lutheran
church, Youngstown, Saturday even-
ing at 7 o'clock in a double ring
ceremony with the Rev. Herbert W.
Goersse officiating.
The bride wore an aqua dress with
white trim and gray accessories
and a corsage of red roses.
Mrs. Charles e. Balcom, Jr., ma-
tron of honor, wore a light gray
dress with matching accessories and
a corsage of red roses.
Mr. Charles e. Balcom, Jr., brother
of the bride, was the best man. Mr.
and Mrs. Stolzenberg will reside at
Burt.
