Mr. and Mrs. Fred Klein entertained
at a family dinner on Sunday
to honor of the fifteenth wedding
anniversary of Mr. and Mrs.
Edwin Hamann. Dinner was served
on the lawn from a long table centered
with a decorated tiered cake
topped with a miniature bride and
groom. The honor guests received
several lovely crystal gifts.

Mr. and Mrs. Edwin E.
Hamann of Lockport,
formerly of Wheatfleld,
recently celebrated their
go*den wedding anniversary
at St. Paul's
United Church of Christ
in Shawnee. Family and
friends honored the
couple, who were
married in Salem
Church, Tonawanda, on
June 27, 1928.
Mrs. Hamman is the
former Lily Winter. The
couple has three
children: Mrs. James
(Audrey) Burns of
Anaheim, Calif.; Mrs.
Joseph (Phillis) Berube
and Edwin Jr. of San-
born. they also have six
grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.
Mr. Hamann retired in
1969 from National
Grinding Wheel after 16
years service.
