Announcement is made of the engagement
of Miss Mary Williamson, of
Whirlpool street. to Elmer Woolcutt,
son of Mr. and Mrs G. Woolcutt, of
Eighteenth street, the wedding to
take place In the spring.

A very pretty wedding was solemnized
at the First Congregational
church on Friday evening at 8 o'clock
when Mary Jane Willamson. eldest
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Williamson,
or Niagara Falls, Ont.. was united
in marriage to Elmer George
Woolcutt, son of Mr. and Mrs. George
Woolcutt, of Eighteenth street, this
city. The Rev. Everett MacNair performed
the ceremony.
The bride, who was given in marriage
by her father, was lovely in a
white silk lace gown, made on princess
lines, a full/length veil with halo
capln seed pearls and orange blossoms.
She carried an arm bouquet of
Briar Cliff roses, pink larkspur and
baby's breath, tied with white tulle.
Miss Katherlne Corp, maid of honor,
was gowned in pastel green moussellne
de sole with yellow accessories Her
arm bouquet was of Johanna Hill
roses, yellow snapdragons, marigold
and baby's breath, tied with yellow
tulle.
The groom was attended by Ralph
Hager.
Mrs. Florence Smith played the
wedding march and preceding the
ceremony, Miss Alice Davidson sang,
"I Love Vou Truly" and "Oh, Promise
Me"
Mrs. Williamson, mother of the
bride, was attired tn a navy blue eJiscmbie
with powder blue accessories
with which she wore a corsage of
sweet peas and roses. Mrs. Woolcutt.
mother of the groom, wore a navy
and white print with navy accessories
and a corsage of sweet peas and roses.
After the wedding a reception was
held at the home of the bride's aunt.
Mrs. Samuel Porter. The bridal table,
which was decorated with white lilies
and blue delphinium and centered
with a large wedding cake, was laid
with covers for ten.
Fcr her going away attire the bride
chose a yellow flannel suit with orchid
accessories. After a honeymoon
trip to Muskoka, the couple will make
their home at 829 Main street, this
city.
