A quiet wedding took place a t 10
o'clock at the Sacred Heart rectory,
when Miss Marie Maslen, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Fredrick Maslen,
became the bride of Joseph Fornadel,
son of Mr. and Mrs. John Fornadel.

The bride wore a midnight blue
organza deringote over taffeta, trim-
med in yellow with matching ac-
cessories. She wore a shoulder cor-
sage of Claudius Pernet rose buds
and baby's breath.
The bridesmaid, Miss Helen Fornadel,
sister of the groom, wore a
mahogany brown crepe trimmed with
a gold rhinestone clip and buckle
with brown accessories. She wore a
corsage of Japanese lilies.
Joseph Gozdowsky attended the
groom. The bride's mother wore black
crepe, the sleeves embroidered in
white braid. She word a corsage of
pink roses and baby's breath.
The groom's mother wore a beige
and green chiffon print with corsage
of tea roses and baby's breath.
After the ceremony a wedding
breakfast was held at the La Hacienda.
The bride's table held a wed-
ding cake for the centerpiece and two
bowls of fall flowers and silver can-
dlestlcks with white tapers. Twenty
guests were present.
After a short trip to Pennsylvania
Mr. and Mrs. Fornadel will reside at
315 Ferry avenue.
