Walter S. Gefvert of Philadelphia
and*Miss Elin A. Yngve were married
Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the home of
the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Yngve of Royal avenue, by
Rev. Okerblow of Buffalo. Mis Au-
gusta Yngve, sister of the bride, and
Mr. Rudolph Gefvert, brother of the
bridegroom, respectively acted as
bridesmaid and best man. The bride
was given away by her father, and
was attired in an Oriental cream lace
gown, entulle. and carried bride roses
and lilies of the valley. The brides-, .
maid wore a white taffeta gown and
carried pink roses. Music was r e n d e r -
ed by the bride's sister. Miss Edith
Yngve. A reception followed the cere-
mony. The rooms and tables were
decorated with roses and syringas.
Cover were laid for 25. After a short
wedding trip to the Thousand Islands
and the Adirondacks, Mr. and Mrs.
Gefvert will reside in Washington.
Mr. Gefvert is a government civil en-
gineer and a graduate of the Univer-
sity of Pennsylvania.
