La Salle, April 5.-A very pretty
but quiet wedding was solemnized last
Monday evening at the Methodist
Episcopal parsonage on the River
road, when Miss Lulu Hildebrandt
became the bride of Albert J. Watson,
the Rev. Squire Schofield performing
the ceremony. The bride was attired
in white embroidered mull over white
taffeta, and carried pink and white
carnations. Miss Leeta Wilson, the
bridesmaid wore white voile over
white taffeta and carried pink carna-
tions. John Hildebrandt, brother of
t h e bride, acted as best man. and
Gladys, daughter of Mr. and Mrs-
Frederick Schumacher of the River
road, was ring bearer. She wore pale
yellow messaline. The house was
p r e t t i ly decorated.
Following the ceremony, a luncheon
and reception was tendered about 30
guests at the home of the bride's
mother Mrs. Sophia Hildebrandt, in
Tompkins street. The house was pret-
tily decorated with cut flowers and
ferns and the table decorations con-
sisted of pink and white cut flowers.
