Mr. and Mrs. Christifaro Pietran-
geli, 1712 Ashland avenue, announce
the engagement of their daughter,
Anna Marie, to Mr. Ralph John
Zito. son of Mrs. Catherine Zito,

The Rt. Rev. Msgr. P. J. Tronblone
officiated at .the ceremony this
morning at St Joseph's church which
united in marriage Miss Anna Marie
Pietrangeli, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Cristoforo Pietrangeli, Ashland
avenue, and Mr. Ralph John Zito,
son of Mrs. Catherine Zito, Eighteenth
street.
The vows were repeated before the
altar, banked with vases of roses and
pompons and palms. The church
choir, under the direction of the
Rev. Paul Valente. provided the
musical setting. The Rev. Samuel L
Lombardo, of St. Joseph's Old cathe.
dral, Buffalo, was present in the
sanctuary.
The bride's slipper satin gown was
camellia white with a yoke of lace
fashioned with mandarin collar. The
princess-styled bodice was scalloped
at the yoke, and the bouffant satin
skirt extended into a Chantilly .lace edged
cathedral-length train. With
her gown, the bride wore a fingertip-
length veil with a wide shirred
Chantilly lace edge, held in place by
a lace half-hat scattered with pearls.
She carried orchids and stephanotis
on a mother-of-pearl prayer book.
The former Miss Pietrangeli was
given in marriage by her father.
°Miss Josephine Butera was maid
of honor in a royal purple gown with
a-velveteen bodice and double nylon
net skirt. The portrait neckline was
edged with nylon niching. Miss
Putera carried an orchid with silver
rosary beads.
Mr. Albert Muscatello was best
man.
Following the cermony the breakfast
was served at Casa Colombo
hall and dinner was held at the
Como restaurant.
°The bride's mother wore a black
street-length frock with black accessories
and an orchid corsage.
The mother of the bridegroom
chose a cocoa brown street-length
dress with black accessories and a
corsage of orchids.
Mr. and.Mrs. Zito will spend their
honeymoon motoring through the
Eastern states. For traveling the
bride wore a black and ted checked
juit with black accessories and an
orchid corsage. Upon their return,
the couple will reside at 1712 Ashland
avenue
