Mrs. Mildred H. Dean announces
that the marriage of her daughter,
Marjorie June, to Jack V. Zobrist,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Zobrist
will take place tomorrow at 7 p.m.
in the North Tonawanda Church
of Christ.

A pretty wedding was held, Oct.
22 at 7 p.m., in the North Tonawanda
Church of Christ when
Miss Marjorie J. Dean, daughter
of Mrs. Mildred H. Dean of 50 B
South Lane, became the bride of
Jack V. Zobrist of 227 Wheatfield
St. The Rev. G. L. Burghard officiated
at the candlelight service.
Palms and candles decorated the
altar and candelabra decorated the
side pews.
John MeCully sang "Give Me
Your Hand," before the ceremony,
and later, "The Lord's Prayer."
The bride wore a satin gown
with fitted bodice, V-neckline,
long sleeves and a full skirt falling
into a chapel length train. She
wore a finger-tip veil of illusion
caught to a tiara of orange blossoms
and carried a bouquet of
white roses.
Mrs. William DeMonte, matronof-
honor, wore a gown of gold
satin with fitted bodice, offshoulder
effect, long sleeves and
full skirt She carried a matching
muff with red roses and wore a
headpiece of braided gold satin.
Mrs. Richard Francis, the bride's
sister, as bridesmaid, wore blue
satin with matching headpiece and
her muff was covered with yellow
roses.
Paul Zobrist attended his brother
as best man. The ushers were
Peter Pullman and Robert Dean.
The bride's mother chose a royal
blue dress with beige and navy
accessories for her daughter's wedding.
The bridegroom's mother
wore cocoa-brown with green accessories
Both wore corsages of
roses and pompons.
A buffet luncheon was served to
100 guests at the Twylite Tea
Room where the bride's table was
centered with a tiered wedding
cake. Out of town guests came
from Akron, Ohio; Martin's Ferry,
W. Va., Buffalo and Kenmore.
Fof her traveling ensemble the
bride chose a navy-blue suit with
beige" accessories anawore a corsage
of white roses. After Nov. 5
Mr. and Mrs. Zobrist will be at
home in 554 Tonawanda St., Buffalo.
Hostesses at showers and parties
for the bride were Mrs. Donald
Garrett, Miss Doris Frazer, Mrs.
William DeMonte, Mrs. Richard
Francks," Mrs. Constant Szabat,
Mrs. B. Filip and Mrs. Theodore
Lorish; and Mrs. Charles Clarke.
