the engagement of their daughter, Betty Ann, to Glenn
W. Zuch, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Zuch of Miller St. A spring
wedding is planned.

Vases of white mixed flowers and lighted tapers
formed the background in St. Matthew's Lutheran Church,
Wheatfield and Bryant Streets, April 30 at 7 p.m., for the
candlelight ceremony uniting in marriage Miss Betty Ann
Genet and Glenn W. Zuch.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Otto Genet of 382 Robinson
St., and the bridegroom's parents'
are Mr. and Mrs. Harold
Zuch of 362 Miller St.
The Rev. Paul H- Gassmann officiated
at the double ring ceremony.
Mrs. Sylvia Richert, organist,
played "Clair de Lune"
throughout the ceremony, and accompanied
Mrs. Norman Garlapow,
who sang "0 Perfect. Love"
and "The Lord's Prayer."';
Given in marriage by her father,
the bride wore a waltz-length -gown
of embroidered tulle and la#. The
bodice of embroidered tulle was
fashioned with an Elizabethan
collar and long tapered sleeves,
with a tier of lace over a bouffant
skirt. A headpiece of seed pearls
and lace held in place her fingertip
veil of French illusion. She
carried a cascade arrangement of
Eucharist lilies adorned with white
ribbon.
Miss Clarine Genet was her sister's
only attendant. She wore a
waltz-length gown of ice blue crystalette
styled with a scoop neckline
and a full skirt and fitted
bodice. A band of plaiting encircled
the neckline and formed a
panel down the back of the gown
caught with a butterfly bow at the
waistline. She wore a matching
flowered headpiece and carried a
cascade bouquet of rubrum lilies
and pink carnations.
Victor Traxler Jr. was best man.
Ushers were Allan Werth and Norman
Garlapow.
The mother of the bride chose a
dress of aqua lace with matching
flowered hat, and a corsage of rubrum
lines and rosebuds. The
bridegroom's mother wore a dress
of burned-umber silk with yellow
accessories. Her corsage was of
yellow iris and daisies.
A floral centerpiece of white
mixed flowers flanked by tall tapers
decorated the mantel in the
home of the bride's parents where
the reception was held. For her
trip the bride wore a pervaunche
blue suit with patent leather handbag
and shoes, white accessories,
and a tarsage of rubrum lilies and
rosebuds.
Pre-nuptial parties for the bride
were given by Miss Maureen
Newman, Mrs. Victor Traxler Jr.
and Miss Clarine Genet, and sr
luncheon by a group from Bell Aircraft
Corp.
