  Tonawanda News - 1971 Mr. and Mrs. Richard Ophardt of Hilton announce the engagement of their daughter, Ruth, of Lockport Avenue, North Tonawanda, to David Muck, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Muck of Old Falls Boulevard, North Tonawanda. The future bride, a graduate of Concordia Teachers College, Seward, Nebr., is a teacher at St. Paul Lutheran School, North Tonawanda. Her fiance is a graduate of Niagara Community College.
