Vases of white chrysanthemums
and gladioli decorated the altar
of North Tonawanda Church of
Christ for the marriage of Zada
Jean Moyer, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. John Abri of 1209 Sherwood
avenue and La Vern Aderman,
son of Mrs. Rose Aderman of 9
Goundry street. The wedding was
performed Saturday, November
2 at 4 p. m., the Rev. G. L. Burghard
officiating.
Given in marriage by her
father the bride was attired in a
gown of ivory satin with sweetheart
neckline, and long fitted
sleeves. The fitted bodice was attached
to a full skirt with long
strain. Her fingertip veil, edged
with lace, was held, with a coronet
trimmed with teed pearls. She
wore a double strand of pearls,
the gift of the bridegroom, and
carried an arm bouquet of>carnations
and baby poms.
Miss Mary Lewandowski, maid
of honor, was gowned in baby
blue satin, and Miss Constance
Lewandowski, bridesmaid wore a
similarly styled gown of yellow.
Both carried arm bouquets of
mixed carnations and pompoms
and wore shoulder length veils
caught with flowers.
Franklin Aderman attended as
best man for his brother and the
ushers were Caryl Moyer, Duane
Shamrock and Charles Shirbach.
The bride's mother wore black
velvet trimmed with nail heads
and black accessories. The bridegroom's
mother favored a grey
gown witii black accessories. Both
wore roses and gardenias.
A wedding supper was held in
WW Post Home for the family
and close friends. Covers were
laid for 75. A reception for 300
guests followed in the evening.
Tor her wedding trip to Rochester
the bride wore a black and
white two piece dress with a
corsage of gardenias.
Guests attended the wedding
from Rochester, Brockport, Midijleport,
Lockport and Buffalo.
