Mr. and Mrs. Peter A. Quiett of
Youngstown, N. Y., announce the
engagement of their daughter, Jennie
A., to Russell E. Balcom. son of Mr.
and Mrs. Charles Balcom. of Youngstown.
The wedding will take place
December 31.

YOUNGSTOWN. Jan 12. - The
marriage of Miss Jennie A Quiett,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs Peter A.
Quiett and Russell R Balcom, son
of Mr and Mrs. Charles Balcom,
was solemnized quietly on New Year's
eve at the Methodist Episcopal rectory,
the Rev. Peter Van Duren officiating.
The bride wore a gown of French
blue taffeta with a black hat and
gold accessories. Miss Lila L. Balcom.
sister of the groom, who attended
the bride, chose a gown of coral
Rose crepe with black hat and accessories
to match.
Henry F. Myers, ,of Youngstown,
was best man.
A wedding dinner was served at the
home of the bride's parents for the
immediate family and bridal party.
Mr. and Mrs. Balcom are making
their home at Niagara Falls.
