BRIDAL COUPLE-Mr. and
Mrs. Loren P. Balcom, whose marriage
took place at St. Paul's
church. Lewiston. The bride is
the former Miss Sybil Gertrude
Brenchley. daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. A. S. Brenchley. Lewiston.
Mr. Balcom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Charles Balcom, Sr.. Youngs -
town.

The marriage of Miss Sybil Gertrude
Brenchley and Mr. Loren
Perry Balcom was solemnized
Thursday evening in the St. Paul's
Episcopal church, Lewiston, with
the Rev. William Shannon officiat-
ing at the double ring ceremony.
White summer flowers decorated
the altar and baskets of dephinium
and ferns were arranged at the
chancel.
Miss Violet Jeffords,, at the organ
and Mrs. Myron Jeffords, soloists,
provided the musical setting for the
service. The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. A. S.. Brenchley,
Ridge road, Lewiston, and the
bridegroom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Charles Bacom Sr., Creekk
road, Youngstown.The bride, given in marriage by
her father, wore a white silk marquisette
genm with court train. Her
finger tip veil of illusion fell from
a beaded tiara. She carried a bouquet
of bluish carnations centered
with three gardenies.
Mrs. George Stout, sister of the
bride, was matron of honor. Mrs.
Neville Brenchley was the bridesmaid
and Beverly Stout and Pattie
Brenchley nere the flower girls.
Mr. Lorelle Balcolm was the best
man and Mr. Neville Brenchley.
Mr. Richard Kathan and Mr. Charlea
Monin were the ushers.
After the reception at the home
ot the parents of the bride, Mr. and
Mrs. Balcolm left on a tnp. the
bride traveling in a suit of brown
gabardine with white accessories.
She wore a corsage of gardinias.
