An exceedingly pretty autumn
wedding took place at the St. Fran-
cis church Wednesday morning, at
9 o'clock, when Miss Bernadine
Fitzgerald was united in marriage
to Mr. Charles Batt, Jr.
The bride was charmingly gown-
ed in blue crepe with hat, slippers
and stocking to match, she wore
a bridal bouquet of roses. She was
attended by her sister, Mrs. Ina
Shimpf, who was becomingly
gowned in cocoa brown, with hat,
slippers and stocking to match, and
carried pink roses. The best man
was Mr. Albert Batt, brother of
the groom. The residence was dec-
orated throughout with cut flowers.
A reception was held at the home
of the bride, covers being laid for
fourteen at the bride's table, which
was decorated with cut flowers
and centered with a beautiful wed-
ding cake. Guests were present
from Buffalo.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Batt, Jr.,
will be at home December 1, at 138
Sweeney street.
