A ballerina length gown of pink
net over taffeta with a nylon lacs
Jacket, three-quarter length sleeves
was the c h o i c e of H e l en
Beccue, daughter of Mrs. Louise
Bistoff, Cottage Street, when she
became the bride of Carlton Sprenger,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter
Sprenger, Cramer Street. N o r th
Tonawanda. The couple were united
in a ceremony performed at
St. Matthew's Lutheran Church,
North Tonawanda, by the Rev
Paul Gassman, Saturday, June 21.
The bride wore a small white
straw hat with seed pearl trim
across the front. She carried a
white Prayer Book, with a white
orchid.
Mrs. Robert Llebeck of K i ng
Street, North Tonawanda, her matron
of honor, chose an aqua net
over taffeta dress with s h o rt
sleeves, lace Jacket and small hat
of white straw. She carried a
Colonial bouquet of yellow roses
The best man was Allen Spreng
er and the ushers were Arthur
J o n e s , of Burt; and Kenneth
Sprenger. Mrs. Sylvia R 1 c k e r
furnished the nuptial music.
The bride's mother selected a
navy print with white accessories
and the mother of the groom wore
navy sheer with white accessories
Both m o t h e r s wore orchid corsages.
Approximately 150 , guests a ttended
the reception which fol-
lowed.
Mr. and Mrs. Sprenger left for
a motor trip to New York City
and New England States. T he
bride wore a Royal blue suit with
accessories of red and white and
a white orchid corsage.
They will make their home at
210 cottage St. upon their return.
The bride Is a graduate of Lockport
High Schol and the groom
a graduate of North Tonawanda
High School. The groom served as
an Electrician's Mate 2-c serving
2 1/2 years aboard a destroyer In the
Atlantic and Pacific areas.
