Miss Beverly Jean Wahl, whose
marriage to Mr. Dale D. Bolam will
take place this evening, has been the
honor guest at many parties prior
to her wedding day. Eight of her
co-workers at Power City Trust com-
pany entertained at dinner at the
Boot and Saddle club; Mrs. John
Wahl and the mother of the bride
entertained at a variety shower at the
homw of the former in Buffalo. Miss
Frances Voelker gave a variety
shower for Miss Wahl. Several
parties will be given after the bride
returns from her trip. Among
those entertaining later will be Miss
Beverly Creekmore and Mrs. John
Welsh at the home of Miss Creek-
more.

The marriage of Miss. Beverly Jean
Wahl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
George E. Wahl. LaSalle avenue, to
Mr. Dale D. Bolam, Lockport road,
son of Mrs. Florence Beatty, Lockport
road, was solemnized Saturday
at 5 p.m. at Zion Evangelical Lutheran
church. Michigan avenue and
Tenth street, with the Rev. Arthur
H. Schmovcr, D.D., officiating at
the impressive double ring ceremony.
The bride, given in marriage by
her father, wore a smart spring white
suit with matching accessories. Her
bridal corsage was of orchids.
Mrs. John Wahl. matron of honor
and only bridal attendant, wore a
suit of hunter's green with delicate
gray accessories. Her corsage was of
yellow daffodils.
Glenn Bolam, USN. was best man
for his brother.
t h e mother of the bride chose a
dress of aqua print with black accessories
and the mother of the bridegroom
wore a blue dress with beige
accessories. Each mother wore a corsage
of pink carnations and sweet
peas.
After the ceremony there was a reception
at Mitchell's hall, 335 Third
street, attended by more than 250
guests.
The bride chose for travel an aqua
suit with black accessories and orchid
corsage.
After a trip to Pittsburgh, Pa., and
Wheeling. W. Va., the couple will
reside at 2757 LaSalle avenue.
