signed by Supreme Court Justice Lee

clerk's office.
In other decrees filed: Ethel E.
Latia. of Sanborn. N. Y , obtained a
divorce from Earl S. Latta. of Niagara
Falls. N. Y . and LaVern E.
Elster .195 Cottage street, Lockport,
obtained a divorce from Hazel E.
Elster.
Mrs. Latta, who was married De-
cember 1 1920, at Sterling, Ont. was
granted custody of three children
and Mr. Latta was directed to pay
$20 a week for their support.
