An Enoch Arden divorce decree
has been granted by Supreme
Court Justice George E. Pierce in
special session in Buffalo to Mrs.
Hester Josephine McCormick, of
Fillmore, town of Porter. Mrs. Me
Cormick in her affidavit alleged that
her husband, John Bailey McCcrmick,
left home August 15, 1908, and
had not been seen or heard from
since that date and is believed to be
dead. The couple were married at
Fillmore on December 25, 1890. and
have three children. The decree was
filed today at the Niagara countv
clerk's office.
