YOUNGSTOWN - Mr. and
and Mrs. Erwin Broeker, 165
Chestnut St., were guests of
honor at a buffet supper and
party S a t u r d a y at the
Youngstown Fire Hall, marking
their 50th wedding anniversary.
Mrs. Broeker, the former.
Anna Stent, is a life-long resident
of this village. Mr.
Broeker, originally from
Niagara Falls, has lived in
Youngstown for many years.
Both w e r e members of
Youngstown Lutheran Church,
the church they still attend,
at the lime of their marriage.
The late Rev. Paul Steibtz
officiated at the wedding.
Mr. B r o e k e r's brother,
Arthur Broeker, Youngstown,
who was best man at their
wedding, attended the party.
Members of the Sweet Adelines,
Inc. entertained guests.
Mr. and Mrs. Broeker have
one son, Erwin H. Broeker,
Niagara Falls, and two
grandchildren, Penny Jean
and Donald Patrick Broeker.
A second son, Donald, was
killed while serving overseas
in World War II.
