Miss Ethel Cummings, daughter
Mrs. Carrie Cummings of the
Pork Ridge road. Akron, and Harvey
Brucker. son of Mr. and Mrs.
Herman Brucker of Scotland road,
were united in marriage Saturday
afternoon. Jan. 13, at the parsonage
of the Hunts' Corners Baptist
church by the Rev. Stanley B.
Thomson.
They were attended by Miss
Avice Brucker, sister of the bridegroom,
and George Davis of Akron.
The bride was gowned in coral
silk and wore a corsage of roses
and baby breath Miss Brucker
wore blue silk and a corsage like
that of the bride.
Following the ceremony the wedding
party enjoyed a dinner at the
Berry Patch in Batavia.
Mr. and Mrs. Brucker are residing
with the bridegroom's parents for
the present.
Pre-nuptial events Included a
shower given at the home of Mrs.
Fred Landel, in Clarence
