An attractive home wedding was solemnized Friday evening
at 7 o'clock, when Mi*. Norma Jean Budde, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard F. Budde. RD I. Appleton. became the bride of
J. Norman Sweet, son of Mr and Mr.. Charles Lord. 30 Works.
PI., Lockport, the Rev. Erford Darnels performing the ceremony.
The bride wore a white net dress,
fashioned in princess style with a
sweetheart neckline and three-
quarter-lengt sleeves Her finger-
tip veil of illusion was caught with
orange blossoms at the sides of a
heart-shaped halo. She carried
tallsman roses and gardenias, ted
with white satin ribbon.
Mr. and Mrs. James Calos of
Lockport were attendants. Mrs.
Calos wore a dress of blue lace and
net, and a heart-shaped halo head-
dress. She carried pink roses tied
with matching satin.
Mrs. Budde wore a black and rose
dress with corsage of talisman
roses and Mrs. Lord wore black with
a corsage of pink roses.
Ferns and Spring flowers decor-
ated the home of the bride's parents
for the ceremony and reception to
28 members of the immediate fami-
lies. A buffet supper was served
from a table centered with a three-
tiered wedding cake.
The couple will reside at 30
Works Pl.
Out-of-town guests were from
Jamestown, Lockport, Gasport and
Niagara Falls.
