Beloved husband of Helen (nee Cowell) Schumacher; father of Mrs. Donald (Joan) Thorpe of North Tonawanda, and Thomas Schumacher at home; grandfa- ther of Rozanne Thorpe; broth- er of Mrs. Arthur (Louise) Lew- is of Lockport, Mrs. Robert (Leo- na) Schroeder of St. Johnsburg, Henry Schumacher and Edward Schumacher, both of North Ton- awanda and Glenwood Schu- macher of the Town of Wheat- field. Uncle of several nieces and nephews. Mr, Schumacher was an employe of the North Tonawanda Public Works De- partment and a member of the American Legion Wheatfield Post 1451.
