Constableville-John W. Wynn,
86, died Jan. 31, 1949, in Lewis
County General Hospital, Lowville.
He had been in ill health for about
three months and seriously ill for
11 days.
Mr. Wynn was born July 26,
1862 in Wales, a son of William
and Mary Pritchard Wynn. He
married May Clark in Whitesboro
in 1904. His wife died May 17,
1938.
Mr. Wynn was a member of the
Methodist Church here.
He had been engaged in farming
in this section all his life.
Surviving are two nieces, Mrs.
Marion Schwenk, Constableville,
and Mrs. Dorothy Ainsworth, Con-
stableville, and a nephew, Richard
Wynn, Constableville, and several
great nieces.
The funeral will be from the
Trainor Funeral Home at 1:30
p.m. Thursday. The Rev. George
Stockdale, pastor of the Turin and
Constableville Methodist Churches,
will officiate. Burial will be in
Rural Cemetery here.
