Carole F. Hefferon, age 89, unexpectedly passed under hospice care on December 25th. Carole was an avid sports fan and loved watching the Buffalo Sabers and the Buffalo Bills play. She especially enjoyed watching her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids playing sports. She also loved bowling. Carole finally retired at age 88 from Tops, where she worked as a Pharmacy Technician.
Carole was predeceased by her husband Robert Hefferon. She is survived by her two children Cheryl (Tom) Reed, and Robert (Kathy) Hefferon. Loving grandmother to Colleen (Dan) Brick, Thomas Reed, Robert (Rebecca) Hefferon, Joseph Hefferon, and Klint Galie. She will be missed by her great grandkids Rielly and Quinn Brick, and Robert and Rainy Hefferon.
Friends and family are invited to express their sympathies at Fretthold Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Road, on Wednesday December 30th from 4pm-7pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday December 31st at 10am. Entombment at Acacia Park Cemetery.
