Mrs.- Wilhelmina F. (Minnie)
Behrens,' 93, of 1827 Pierce
Ave., died in Memorial Hospital
Sunday (April 2, 1967)
after a short illness.
She was born in Bergholtz
and came to this city nearly 75
years ago. She was the widow
of Louis H. Behrens, who ran
a grocery store known as
Behrens Grocery Store in 19th
Street near Whitney Avenue
for more than 40 years.
She was a member of the
Zioh Lutheran Church.
Survivors include two daughters,
Mrs. Harold (Hazel) Stevens,
Mrs. Roy (Eleanor) Livermore,
and a son, Norman Behrens,
all of this city; seven
grandchildren and 18 great
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held
at Coblers Funeral Home Wednesday
at 11 a.m. with the
Rev. Carl G. Olin, officiating.
Burial will be in Oakwood
Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 5
a nd7 to 9 p.m. today and Tuesday.
The family said that contributions
may be made to
Zion Lutheran Church.
