Wife of the late Joseph Kosztowniak; mother of William E. (Gladys) Kosztowniak of North Tonawanda; grandmother of Barbara Ann Kosztowniak of Geneva, N.Y., and David Kosztowniak, also survived by four sisters and three brothers, all of Niagara Falls and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held from the Zajac Funeral Home, 319 - 24th St., corner Welch Ave., Niagara Falls Wednesday (June 29th) at 9:15 a.m., and at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment in G a t e of H e a v en Cemetery. Recitation of prayers at the funeral home Tuesday at 7 p.m. F r i e n d s may call Tuesday from 1 to 9 p.m. The family will be present from 1 to 5 p.m., and 7 to 9 p.m. The family request that memorial contributions be made to DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
