  Niagara Gazette - 7/17/1953 LOCKPORT, July 17. - Mrs. John P. Zapp, 83, of 399 East Union street, died last evening at her home. Born in Germany, Mrs. Zapp came to this, country whea a girl, locating in this city. She was a member of Si. Mary's church and its Altar and Rosary society. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Sullivan, vAstoria, Long Island, Mrs. Albert Nagel and Mrs. Myron Sanford, both of this city; three sons, John, George and Leo, all of Lockport, and a brother, George Anna, Lockport. Services will be held Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the Gaul Funeral home and at" 9 o'clock" at St." Mary's church. Interment will be in St. Mary's cemetery.
